Steve founded Richardson Financial Services, Inc. in 1997 and is currently the Firm’s President. Under Steve’s leadership and guidance, the Richardson Financial Services, Inc. team provides comprehensive personal financial planning services that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Steve takes great care to ensure that the firm’s approach to financial planning is holistic and client-centric. A thoughtful discovery process has coalesced with the team’s deep knowledge of investment strategies and the financial markets to construct individualized plans for clients. It is Steve’s and the firm’s philosophy to approach their client relationships and the development of each plan as if they are the personal Chief Financial Officer for the client. Steve and the team monitor the progress against each client’s goals and reinforce or adjust the approach to financial planning as a client’s life journey may require.
In addition to holding an accounting degree from Bentley College, Steve is licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor and also as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additionally, Steve is the Managing Shareholder at Richardson & Company, P.C., a full-service CPA firm providing tax, accounting, audit, and business consulting service, and he serves on the Board of Directors of Charles River Bank, as well as several other privately-held businesses.
Married with four children, Steve enjoys spending time with his family in New Hampshire, skiing, and playing golf and soccer. Steve is a member of the finance committee for his church and is actively involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations.
