Client Service Specialist
Having been with the firm since 2005, Lisa is well-positioned in her role as Client Service Specialist to facilitate meaningful connections with the firm’s clients and to monitor client satisfaction. Lisa is the key liaison servicing, tracking, and resolving day-to-day operational matters with our clients, and she plans and oversees client events. In addition, Lisa maintains client data within the firm’s information and personal wealth management systems.
Strong client relationships are at the core of Richardson Financial Services, Inc.’s approach to financial planning. Lisa’s responsiveness to clients’ questions and needs, and genuine care of others, are prevalent in all engagements she undertakes on behalf of our valued clients.
Before joining Richardson Financial Services, Inc. Lisa was a Virtual Assistant for a company she founded, Lisa’s VA. Prior to that, Lisa held the position of Customer Service Representative for Malloy Insurance Agency.
Community service is important to Lisa. She is currently a member of the local Neighborhood Brigade, and she and her husband were co-chairpersons for the Medway, MA Chapter of the American Cancer Society Relay For Life for 11 years. Lisa cherishes time spent with her husband, their children, and three grandsons.
